I gave a 4 star because the flowers were delivered four days early. I had to check my email receipt to confirm it wasnt my mistake. My aunt was very pleased to receive the flowers and said they were beautiful and was not concerned that they didnt arrive on her 95th birthday but it could have been a problem if she had been away on the delivery day and I would still use the company again

I was a little worried about ordering some flowers from the UK for Belgium for the first time and how that would work out. However, everything with my order worked out perfectly. I asked in the comments for the flowers to try and be delivered on a certain day between specific hours to an office and my requests were all taken on board and they were delivered on time and the recipient is extremely happy. The flowers were really beautiful - very stylish and good value. The delivery service was excellent. I had ordered the flowers to go to a home address but they rang my brother who wasn't yet home and offered to bring the flowers to the hospital where he still was, which was really nice.
